Compliance Statement

Siekmann Econosto is committed to safeguarding its integrity by complying with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards in each of the markets in which Siekmann Econosto operates. All employees are expected to comply with these laws, regulations and ethical standards. Management is responsible for ensuring compliance.

To underline the importance of this commitment, we have set out our position on legal requirements and ethical issues in our globally applicable Code of Business Conduct , which serves as a guideline for our conduct in business dealings. Because we value responsible and lawful conduct beyond the boundaries of the company, we have also adopted a SE Supplier – Code of Business Conduct.

Siekmann Econosto exports only in accordance with the export regulations and restrictions of the respective countries. Siekmann Econosto does not supply to countries, companies or individuals to which such exports are prohibited under the relevant laws and regulations.

Our ethics and compliance efforts are complemented by a Speak Up system. Speak Up is a secure reporting channel through which our employees and external stakeholders can confidentially and, if desired, anonymously provide information about potential violations.
