“In 2005, I started my apprenticeship at Siekmann, followed by a dual study program in economics at FOM.
Siekmann offers me a wide range as Head of Controlling. From A for sales analyses to Z for defining goals.
The fact that Siekmann belongs to the ERIKS Group makes working as a controller very diverse and demanding.
“In practice, people with the title of controller have functions that are, at one extreme, little more than bookkeeping and, at the other extreme, de facto general management” (Anthony 1965) Siekmann is a healthy company that understands how to make money and secure its source of income. Because that’s what matters. It makes one proud to be able to help shape the company’s success and that the management of Siekmann always has an open ear for its employees.“

Head of Controlling
“I particularly like that flat hierarchies are practiced, maintaining personal contact with everyone. All employees at Siekmann are given the opportunity to develop and take on corresponding responsibility. I also had this experience – starting with a commercial apprenticeship, continuing through a dual study program, and reaching my current position. That’s why I’m happy to be part of the Siekmann team.”
