Project controlling & more
With a focus on 100% accuracy, we systematically organize every project business (EPC: Engineering, Procurement and Construction, i.e. detailed planning, procurement, construction). Project management takes responsibility for all process steps, prepares order processing, and uses the resources of the organizational units. We develop a quality plan and document the entire process with the help of our Document Management System (DMS) to ensure a cost-efficient, sustainable supply of required parts for at least 10 years.

Consulting
We offer our customers comprehensive, solution-oriented product consulting, cost and value analysis, and a service and quality program tailored to project requirements.
Supplier Relationship Management
Regular data exchange between customers and manufacturers, supplier scouting, supplier evaluation, and supplier review form the basis for successful cooperation.
Engineering
Our engineers advise customers on technologies and product optimizations. Production in Zwenkau offers many possibilities to individually modify standard valves from various manufacturers. Additionally, we have our own developed DIN valve series.
Product Monitoring
The DMS enables seamless product monitoring and traceability of individual project steps. We guarantee pressure and function tests as well as goods inspections according to the highest quality standards.
Documentation
Our Document Management System (DMS) ensures “as built” documentation with detailed product information (dates, spare parts, deliveries, etc.).
Risk Management
- Creation of manufacturer-specific procurement documents,
individual kick-off meetings: internal, with customer and suppliers - Creation and monitoring of manufacturer-related ITPs (Inspection & test plans)
- Control and monitoring of on-time delivery (expediting) and quality requirements (inspections) on-site at the manufacturers
- Creation and archiving of documentation materials in accordance with requirements
Product Modifications
Our valve warehouse contains a wide range of industrial valves. Our employees can modify the valves to be individually tailored to the customer’s requirements.
After Sales & Maintenance
Our worldwide after-sales service includes regular maintenance measures such as replacement, repair, and servicing. Thanks to the DMS, we guarantee the delivery of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years. Fully equipped, mobile service teams carry out all work on-site if required.
